Welcome to the Webster, a cosmopolitan restaurant with a Midwest heart, serving contemporary American fare in a relaxed but refined environment.

Our menu features seasonally driven cuisine based on Chef Sam Gelman’s unique culinary style relying heavily on Midwestern ingredients.

To pair with Sam’s cuisine, we highlight wines from smaller producers using traditional wine making practices, artisanal beers, hand crafted cocktails, and thoughtful non-alcoholic options.

Our private dining room is the perfect setting to host your special event. Available on the mezzanine level, featuring floor to ceiling windows, the dining room can accommodate up to 32 guests with the hospitality and service that has become synonymous with the Webster.

Join Us Valentines Day

The Webster will be offering a four course tasting menu for Valentines Day. Join us for an amazing night of delicious food, tasty libations and your someone special!

Reservations are available online or via telephone between the hours of 12pm and 4pm Tuesday through Saturday.

Valentines Day Menu

- First Course -

tuna crudo, citrus, yuzu kosho, scallion
shaved foie gras, lychee, pine nut brittle, riesling gelee
chicory salad, egg, candied pecans, apple

- Second Course -

celery root soup, black truffle, hazelnut
tagliatelle pasta, lemon, american caviar, chives

- Third Course -

steelhead trout, lentils, apple, brussels sprouts
apple & soy braised beef ribs, rutabaga, local lettuce
braised daikon, vegetable dashi, local mushrooms

Cancellation fee of $50 per person (credit card needed to hold)

In order to have as many people enjoy valentines day with us, all reservations for the evening are rebooked later in the evening. We have allotted two hours for parties of two and additional time for all larger parties.
